    Metabolic Conditioning (SPC)

    This gym is probably one of the biggest ones I’ve been to on Classpass in Hong Kong. It’s a bit out of the way but it’s well equipped and you can tell that they are quite serious about their training. The strength based section was a little repetitive but it was a good workout. Might be intimidating for total beginners.

    STRENGTH

    Dan is an upbeat and motivating trainer. He adjusts the weights according to your ability but also pushes you to do a little bit more without being annoying about it. The gym itself is easy to get to and is well equipped with shower facilities and towels.

    The class was both intense and enjoyable, providing a blend of strength and cardio workouts in just one hour. The coach paid close attention to detail, closely monitoring everyone's form and adjusting movements to suit each individual's level. 💪🏼
