ver todas as avaliaçõesLiz is such an an attentive teacher, one of the most attentive I’ve had of the roughly 5-6 reformer classes I’ve had in Hong Kong and London. She really made sure we were in correct alignment when doing the exercises and always delivered clear and detailed instructions while being very encouraging. Also ensured we were properly warmed up and connected to our breath from the get go (a lot of teachers in HK seem to skip this!). Can really tell that she puts a lot of care and effort into her teaching, defo will return ! Thank you Liz!
