Definitely recommend bringing your own yoga mat and large towel because you'll be SWEATING! Don't forget water too! Excited to go back.

She is absolutely great, but she will push you further than the average teacher in an encouraging way! Also it is hotter than most vinyasas classes. But I would and will attend again! There is no intimidation or judgement, just acceptance and love…

Aditi was very accommodating since I was a beginner and always gave options to make the movements easier or even harder. The movements and sequences she had us do were also a good workout! Nothing strenuous but definitely felt the muscles in my body being used and even pushed a little.
