ver todas as avaliaçõesJim was so nice, knowledgeable and friendly. I was running late because I got directions to the wrong place — I called to let them know and he set up a mat and props for me. He has a very soothing voice and makes adjustments to students’ poses when needed (as long as you’re okay with it.) The class was so relaxing and I got to stretch deeply. I was sore so it was perfect. The studio is clean and modern but cozy. We arranged our mats around the room against the walls so we were all facing each other which I liked. And no mirrors in the room we were in, which is a bonus for me. Easy parking. Overall a lovely restorative class. I will be back!

Low intensity but still ended up slightly sweating and muscles sore in the end! Great workout if you want to work on inner muscles and focus on posture and body control.
