Even when I’m taking a class with another coach I hear Em in my head pointing out how to fix my form if it’s something I have already done with her in one of her classes. She’s all about pumping you up, making sure your form is correct and giving you a great workout! If I see her name, I move all my other appointments around to attend her class because I know I’m going to get the most out of my workout and not be in pain afterwards. She’s all about providing a judgement free zone, answering questions if you have any without hesitation. She is also great with providing modifications if you have an injury. You can tell how passionate she is and how much she loves doing what she does!

Awesome music, fab instructor. It didnt feel as warm in the room as previous classes, but nothing to blame the instructor for. 10/10 class!

Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told it had been changed to an upper body and abs class. That was really disappointing because it wasn't the class I had signed up for. I decided to stay since I was already there, and to be fair, the workout itself was good and the instructor had amazing energy. My only issue was that the schedule wasn't accurate. I recommend calling ahead to confirm the current class schedule before booking so you don't end up expecting a different workout than the one being offered.

The instructor who led the session was great, even though it wasn’t who I originally booked. That said, I was a bit confused when I arrived. The class was listed with a different instructor (Angelica), but when I got there, it turned out to be a completely different class focused more on upper body and core. There also wasn’t clear guidance on where to go within the gym (upstairs vs. downstairs), and I didn’t see a clear check-in process. It made me unsure if I was even in the right place or class. I’d definitely recommend clearer communication in the app regarding instructor changes, class details, and arrival/check-in instructions. With that improved, the experience would be much smoother!
