The instructor always does a somewhat ‘simplified’ version of the sequence so you can ease into it, and then adds complexity once he feels most of class got a hang of it. However, my body needed a good hard workout so I went to try out CrossFit kingdom. Best thing I ever did! First everyone is so friendly and welcoming they have an incredible community.
