ver todas as avaliaçõesI have always been a bit apprehensive towards CrossFit due to the injury stigma it’s received over the years. However, my body needed a good hard workout so I went to try out CrossFit kingdom. Best thing I ever did! First everyone is so friendly and welcoming they have an incredible community. As soon as I told them it was my first time they made certain to properly teach me technique and give me that one to one. I’ve now gone a handful of times and I’m still getting that attention. Don’t let the reputation of CrossFit push you away, go check out CrossFit kingdom!
