ver todas as avaliaçõesI’ve been attending classes at Sunshine Yoga Shack for a little while now, and I’ve genuinely loved every instructor I’ve taken class with. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and each teacher brings something unique to the experience. That being said, the class I took today was absolutely phenomenal! If I remember correctly, the instructor’s name was Jordan, and she was incredible. She had the best energy, was so bubbly and uplifting, and made the entire class enjoyable from start to finish. The flow was amazing, and her positive attitude was contagious. She is definitely my favorite instructor so far! One thing I especially love about Sunshine Yoga Shack is that the classes I’ve attended end with a sound bowl meditation. I find it incredibly relaxing, and in my opinion, it really sets this studio apart from other yoga studios I’ve tried. It’s such a peaceful and thoughtful way to end a practice. All of the instructors have been wonderful, but Jordan truly stood out. I highly recommend Sunshine Yoga Shack to anyone looking for a welcoming studio with amazing instructors and a relaxing, well-rounded yoga experience.

ver todas as avaliaçõesAnastasia was a great instructor! We warmed up with plenty of stretching and small ice breakers to get to know us. She asked questions about my prior experience with inverted positions and pole work to gauge my skills and ability before we began on the silks, which allowed me to have a personalized approach. The class size was small which allowed for one on one time to correct or applaud technique and form. I would 100% recommend Anastasia and Lone Star Circus to anyone interested in trying their hand at silks! Also, Lone Star Circus is located *within* strong fitness performance center, just ask the people at the front desk for information on how to get to it!

I really appreciated how they made sure it was a true workout while still keeping it fun and dance-focused. It didn’t feel like exercise, but I definitely felt the burn!
