ver todas as avaliaçõesI had a great experience at Vital Defense for my first Krav Maga class. I wasn’t sure what to expect going in, but the environment was very welcoming and supportive. Rodney was especially helpful and did a great job guiding me through everything in a way that felt approachable, even as a beginner. The class itself was a solid workout, but more than that, I walked away feeling like I actually learned practical skills and techniques. It also seems like a really strong, positive community, which makes a big difference. I’d definitely recommend Vital Defense to anyone looking to try something new, learn self-defense, and get a great workout at the same time.
