He practiced one on one with me and even helped me refine my techniques in boxing. He also considered my uncommon stance as southpaw and helped me to box and kick until I got the moves down!

Rodney was especially helpful and did a great job guiding me through everything in a way that felt approachable, even as a beginner. The class itself was a solid workout, but more than that, I walked away feeling like I actually learned practical skills and techniques. It also seems like a really strong, positive community, which makes a big difference. I’d definitely recommend Vital Defense to anyone looking to try something new, learn self-defense, and get a great workout at the same time.
