This was very intense and I failed sometimes but I could really feel my muscles strengthening. I was dripping with sweat. We held certain poses and stretches a bit longer than other types of yoga & did some balancing poses as well. I felt like I got a moderate work-out and my whole body was stretched out by the end. It was a nice peaceful yet challenging practice that I would do again! Great instruction from the teacher as well.

I appreciate the instructor for welcoming and creating such a safe space to move however you’d like, despite it being guided. I didn’t realize how much tension can be held in your body after the mental stress/lack of emotional processing I had prior to attending. After a 9-5, this is such a nice class. The sound bath in the end was the icing on the cake! We all thought it was literally raining lol. I recommend prior to attending to definitely journal some intentions on what you want to release prior to the class. The instructor also made sure we were intentional and was observant if we needed to calm our minds/postures a bit more throughout the session. Honestly a 10/10

It’s typically not for beginners, but the instructor took her time to check in and offer modifications. I love how it feels like your not working out but then feel the burn for the next few days. Having your core supported takes tension off your spine allowing you to focus on the particular targeted muscles.
