ver todas as avaliaçõesThe instructor and entire class were very welcoming .I was greeted by everyone in this establishment so genuinely and warmly . I would recommend this class to beginners and professionals! Ha. All levels welcomed . I would consider myself a beginner in yoga but have taken many Pilates classes, if that says anything. Everything was thoroughly explained in a way that was easy to understand. But the class still moved fast enough as to not slow the group as a whole . I am very very impressed and relieved about my experience. And the prices are very fair. Highly HIGHLY recommend !!!!

ver todas as avaliaçõesFront Desk Attendant was kind. It definitely had a community feel. Other members smiled at in pacing. I was able to walk around & see what was available to use to create my workout. I will be visiting again. My lower body pump day was a success!

ver todas as avaliaçõesInstructor was excellent and motivated, though I leaned I’m not that into this type of fast pace class. I prefer a slower paced class that focuses on position and correct muscle usage like yoga or Pilates.
