ver todas as avaliaçõesCeleste is wonderful. so welcoming and warm. her voice and the way she leads class is beautiful for yin practice (but I'm sure she's great in other styles). tonight I entered with a clouded mind and stiff body from traveling. I left more at peace than I have been in weeks and my body feeling more grounded. so grateful.

ver todas as avaliaçõesWonderful class! We learned a lot and she made sure to give each one of us attention for each thing we did, which is really impressive in a full class. Love this space, it’s big, clean and has more poles than most studios so I’ve never had to share!
