I really enjoyed this programming - Friday is full body, while Monday is lower and Wednesday upper. To some it might feel chaotic, but I thrive in this type of gym. Looking forward to returning.

He was incredibly instructive and took extra time to teach us cleans and gave us good feedback for our forms. We were the only 2 people but DK still made it fun and tough for the class.
