Everyone was so friendly and the ambience felt like “we are in this together!!!”. I really enjoyed this class. I’m sad I don’t live here anymore otherwise I would love to workout with these ladies often!!! My brother also joined and had a great time. The class is set up so that you can go at your own pace.
