I also liked that there was a good ratio of women to men, which is rare with these types of studios. The teacher was excellent as well. She was helpful and encourage modifications/ rep reductions she saw you struggling, which I appreciated.

I had no prior experience with boxing, and Adrian does a phenomenal job working with you personally. He’s got a great attitude about fitness and wants to pursue your personal fitness goals through the lens of boxing. There’s a lot of technique involved, but I always get a great workout in and a solid sweat. It’s a great community to be a part of!
