Every step of the way she explained the purpose of what she was doing, as well as made everything specific for my skin needs. She was gentle and thorough, and even added elements of breath-work and meditation that made me really relax and feel comfortable. I am from Vancouver, and definitely plan to come see Elaine whenever I am in town.

I’m also going back for the sauna, I love that you get to relax and your head isn’t enclosed. I’ve also been afraid of not being able to breathe 😅
