Her instructions are super easy to follow, and she always gives clear demonstrations. I always leave feeling like I’m going to throw up… but in the best way possible lol

ver todas as avaliaçõesSuch a beautiful class and Flow. I came to class feeling anxious and overwhelmed. My back was in a lot of pain also hence why I chose the gentle flow. She created a space that is truly calming and inviting. The moves were soothing and up lifting and I left with zero pain as well as a clear mind. Her energy is wonderful and she truly takes time to create special classes. Would recommend.
