It's disappointing to book a class specifically with a particular trainer and then arrive to find someone else leading it without any prior notice. A notification would help manage expectations and allow members to decide whether they still want to attend.

Aisa was incredibly kind and gave me a tour of the stunning space for my first visit and showed me some lovely products they have for sale. Paola is a phenomenal instructor, her class was the perfect balance of challenging and rewarding. I also grabbed an amazing matcha afterward from the sweetest barista too!
