Joya was an incredible instructor. The way she explained every movement, combined with her calming tone of voice, made me forget how stiff I was and truly allow myself to sink into each stretch. It was such a refreshing change of pace.

The treadmills are seriously impressive, very high-tech and a little intimidating when you first see them! 😂 But once you get going, they are amazing. I absolutely loved every second of the class and will definitely be back!

The movements pushed me in the best way, but still felt intentional and controlled rather than overwhelming. Andrea was an excellent coach — he kept the energy high, gave clear guidance, and made sure everyone felt encouraged and motivated throughout the class.

Alessia came over to say hi and asked if I had any concerns since it was my first time, which immediately put me at ease. We did a lot of handstands (well attempts I would say) cartwheels, rolls and so on, everything was soft and safe, so if you don’t know how to do that prepare to be learned.
