The Pilates class was absolutely fantastic challenging in the best way, yet accessible and enjoyable. After the session, I could already feel the benefits throughout my entire body. I left feeling stronger, more energized, and incredibly refreshed. A special mention goes to Chainese, the instructor, who was truly exceptional. She was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive to every student in the class. She took the time to make sure everyone had the correct form, offered personalized guidance, and created such a positive and encouraging atmosphere. Her passion for teaching really shines through, and it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. What impressed me most was how much she cared about her students’ progress and well-being. Whether you are a beginner or more experienced, she makes you feel supported and motivated throughout the class. Her energy is contagious, and she has a wonderful way of helping you push yourself while still feeling comfortable and confident. As a lovely surprise, we even received a gift at the end of the session, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience feel even more special. This is honestly one of the best Pilates classes I have attended in Dubai. She does not push you when you cannot compared to other pilates places masters. She respects everyone and can make almost custom to all, adjusting the strength etc. she suggested modifications and asked how do I feel. For me it was intense but I really enjoyed the training and I feel I will come again. Recommend to try with this master.

Directions were good, they answered the phone to answer questions and it was easy enough to find. They have parking and validate your ticket for you I give it 5/5 stars. He explains which muscles to engage and uses cues like “imagine you’re against a wall” or “holding a cup of coffee,” which really helped me fix my form. His smooth, clear instructions and the way he demonstrates the correct form are really impressive. Even the stretch at the end was amazing—I could really feel it with just the yellow spring, especially with his posture corrections. Plus, the new movements kept things exciting. Definitely looking forward to more sessions!
