She’s incredibly attentive, doesn’t rush, and takes the time to correct your form and make sure you’re actually doing the movements right. Exactly the kind of instructor you want for Pilates. I like the way she explained each of the movements and which type of muscle we are using l, very in detail. She also focuses on each of our posture to make sure we keep on engaging our core and correct movement. highly recommend to come to this studio. Free parking as well.
