    Good class! It was easy to follow and needed just two sets of weights. It’s live however your camera isn’t on which means the instructor is working out the entire class. I really appreciated that they sent the recording after in case I missed it or logged on late which happens to me. I hope to have classes like these post pandemic. I find them super convenient.

    Highly recommend this class. Katie is energetic, welcoming and clearly knowledgeable. The workout itself was similar to barre but with a focus on bigger movements. Katie kicked my butt even though I strength training regularly (who knew 2lb weights could be so heavy?). I never got bored and her playlist was awesome! Pop Up is a very welcoming community - you can tell these ladies work put together often and several introduced themselves. I also appreciated the lack of pretentiousness - outdoor workout, no expensive membership/studio fee, funny stories told during class, emphasis on modifications for your body and the friendly vibe. I would definitely go again.
