see all reviewsHighly recommend this class. Katie is energetic, welcoming and clearly knowledgeable. The workout itself was similar to barre but with a focus on bigger movements. Katie kicked my butt even though I strength training regularly (who knew 2lb weights could be so heavy?). I never got bored and her playlist was awesome! Pop Up is a very welcoming community - you can tell these ladies work put together often and several introduced themselves. I also appreciated the lack of pretentiousness - outdoor workout, no expensive membership/studio fee, funny stories told during class, emphasis on modifications for your body and the friendly vibe. I would definitely go again.
