I’m more of a cardio girly so I don’t have the strongest arms and I’m not the best with choreo by any means, but ametrius is extremely helpful and has a way of making the class 1. Fun 2. Challenging and 3. Motivating! It’s easy to see yourself mess up/ look funny and to stop, but ametrius has a way of not making you feel embarrassed and motivating you to keep going. I really recommend taking this class!

ver todas as avaliaçõesTeacher was friendly, fun, and enthusiastic. Class was an interesting combination of yoga, HIIT, and cardio with simple steps/routines. Good for all levels. Music was excellent too, with a pro-quality QSC sound system (impressive!) Had a great time.
