ver todas as avaliaçõesReally challenging class. One thing I wish this studio had was a water dispenser. I feel like it’s standard at these type of studios to offer some kind of filtered water. Charging for water bottles is not environmentally friendly either. The new space is very nice and I appreciate parking is much easier.

ver todas as avaliaçõesMorgan was the best instructor! She was friendly, which I always appreciate. She also made a point to check in on me in the beginning and end of the class. This class was very challenging but Morgan was encouraging throughout each move. I really appreciated that she gave us tips on how to modify some moves to prevent injury. I will be taking any of her classes any chance I get. 10/10!

Class was hard but I didn’t feel defeated, sometimes these kind of classes kick my butt so bad I never return. Thank you for the modifications and encouragement, definitely will be back so good!!
