ver todas as avaliaçõesAwesome class but SO LOUD! Especially with clientele (skewing towards 'mature' speakers can be at a more reasonable volume and still provide tons of good energy!) Kids in the childcare area complained as well. Earplugs would slip off (too much sweating and jumping around) so better just to have speakers at a safe volume. Otherwise amazing as usual!

ver todas as avaliaçõesTeacher was friendly, fun, and enthusiastic. Class was an interesting combination of yoga, HIIT, and cardio with simple steps/routines. Good for all levels. Music was excellent too, with a pro-quality QSC sound system (impressive!) Had a great time.
