ver todas as avaliaçõesWould definitely recommend Strength 45. Good energy, lots of hardworking friendly people, easy to fit in and get a great workout. Saturday version was a shocking amount of cardio (I normally lift weights and avoid cardio like the plague) but still had a good time.
