This was my first time at this studio, so was a little confused when the doors were locked, but I was just a little too early and doors opened after the current class was finished. I loved how Jenna took her time with stretching with us at the end it really makes a difference, so very much appreciated. The studio itself is gorgeous and machines and taken very good care of!! I really loved this class and perfect to treat yourself with Alma matcha across the street ◡̈

More intense with the heavier weights but that’s exactly what I wanted. The instructor had go flow and I found her encouraging. Definitely will come back for more Build 💪🏽
