And Andrea brought the burns and spice! Her flow in concentrating down every part of the body was great. She went from core activation to lower body to upper, and I left feeling good. Andrea is also helpful in ensuring your form is correct and that you're working out the necessary part of the body! Loved it. Thank you!

She brings so much knowledge to the session, making sure everyone feels supported, safe, and aligned in the silk swings. She ensures to know your name and monitors how you are doing with each movement. It is so simple to tell that she very much knows what she is talking about.
