The ticking sound is distracting at first but deep breathing and focusing on the energy pulses will eventually drown out that sound. I’d try it again since the first 15 minutes, I was doing a lot of overthinking but I finally started feeling relaxed towards the end. Also, the front desk girl is very nice. I wish I got her name, she was very sweet and had great energy as well.
