ver todas as avaliaçõesI have now been to many different types of beginner dance classes in Amsterdam as I want to start dancing again - and let me tell you, it’s very rare to find a teacher like Suela. Not only does she have the best energy, she also teaches a choreography that’s fun and actually looks good. And maybe one of the most important things - she is motivating for beginners like myself. I sucked and couldn’t even remember 70% of the choreography but I had so much fun. And that’s what dancing is really about. Thank you Suela❤️

La musique était top mais un peu pénible d'entendre quelqu'un chanter dessus sans se soucier des autres.

The instructor was very nice and helpful. She didn't pressure us to do any poses we didn't want to do, but also gave us support whenever we struggled with any poses. I would defo itely return again if I can sneak off work 😂

The trainer was really good and I found her instructions clear. The studio wasn’t super fancy but they didn’t have too many beds in the class so the trainer could correct people’s form and offer help one to one.

Despite being a beginner class the instructions feel pre-immediate. I found the class challenging but I enjoyed it although this may not be for everyone. Space - big spacious room with floor length mirrors and dynamic lighting, its's definately a room designed to train aerials

I’m in love with the class, the studio, the music, the instructor 😂 … in all seriousness, this is a brilliant, well thought-through class; just what you need after a tough day. Simeon is a great coach. And the studio is a beautiful, welcoming space. By the end, I was dripping but felt exhilarated and like I could do another 45 minutes (well maybe 30 😂). I can’t wait for next week.

ver todas as avaliaçõesClass - This was my first time doing a twerk class and it was a very new expierence. We did sufficient warmups before following a choreo for the lesson. This session just happens to be brazilian twerk which includes more technique. As a complete newbie i found it hard to keep up but the style varies between weeks so this might be just bad timing on my part. Instrcutor - Fee was amazing! Strong, gorgeous and energetic she never fails to make you laugh. She was absolutely the best part of the class. I really enjoyed the afterclass self love session (optional) and I went home from this class feeling content. Space - the lesson is held in a classroom with poles but this does not affect the twerk lesson.

The staff were all really welcoming and friendly, which is rare when using a CP because FoH people typically treat you like you’re single handedly trying to put them out of business. It was spotless, a massive selection of equipment and the Reppin’ class with Hannah was FAB. I thought she was great, really enthusiastic, kept an eye on people’s form and kept the motivation high. It’s places like this that make me feel like moving my trial CP to a membership.

Instructor was so friendly and welcoming, giving us beginner-friendly tips where needed, and making sure to check in with each person as the session went on. Cocoon was so restorative and calming, a lovely sensorial experience as she changed the music and lighting to suit what we were doing. Loved how the material hugged and supported my body. ver todas as avaliaçõesThis class was a lot of fun, however I think it would be helpful to point out for Class Pass members that this is aimed more towards people who regularly use this gymnastics facility, ie perhaps not aimed at someone like myself who has 0 flexibility and definitely does not do gymnastics 😂 having said that, I would go back! I think it’s just worth pointing out so they don’t have the fear I had when the instructor says “now we’re going to get into our splits” LOL!
