We went through a whole-body warm up routine with a lot of interesting dynamic stretches and strengthening, and then we went through exciting circuits to develop our range of motion. Jatie is super engaging and very knowledgeable. Their teaching instructions and demos are super clear. Their energy is super contagious. The venue is awesome too. A great studio with great props and great facilities super close to the tube. I’m defo coming back! 🙌🏽

I needed a nervous system reset and I definitely got that after this class. Liza is a warm and informative practitioner and helped bring me into a place of rest and digest much quicker than most.
