ver todas as avaliaçõesHet is een erg leuke les om te volgen. Eerste keer bungee dance gevolgd en het is even wennen met het koord om en te ervaren hoe je je lichaam moet bewegen. Mocht je een beginner zijn met dansen en bungee, dan is het handig om de beginnersles te volgen zodat je iets meer kan wennen aan de bungee en de diverse bewegingen. Ik vond het onwijs leuk, inspannend en veel geleerd en kom zeker terug.

ver todas as avaliaçõesLove this studio and this class but i noticed there are lots of new signs asking customers to be quiet in the corridor when there is a yoga class on however ironically in the yin portion I could hear staff washing up right outside and chatting the whole time - maybe just a note to be mindful about what sort of class is currently scheduled and close doors accordingly so the noise travels less. Otherwise great as always ❤️

It takes a while to get adjusted but because the studio is also small, she can pay close attention to us and helped whenever somebody struggled. Les locaux étaient aussi superbes. Ils ont d’excellents locaux, la salle est spacieuse, il y a des miroirs partout et chacun à sa barre (on n’a pas besoin de la partager). Donc c’est vraiment trop cool. J’aimerais trop revenir.
