Her classes are slower paced but challenging nonetheless, focusing on building a strong foundation and right technique. We always start with amazing grounding and nervous system regulation techniques using breath-work and movement. However I enter the class I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, ready for the day ahead. She’s a kind and intuitive instructor with a joyful and contagious energy. Even though I am not new to yoga, it was a good experience to revisit the basic yoga postures and checked if I did it correctly with good alignment. The space of the studio was well organized. The class was a bit bigger than other studio I have tried but Jessina and Sophia engaged everyone well. Will come back to try other classes.
