Usually my biggest problem with pregnancy massage is they treat the pregnant woman like a feather. Very light massage that makes no difference. But Machela did a great job. I asked her for a deep tissue massage and she did a just that. Can’t recommend her enough for a pregnancy massage (tell her the level of pressure you’d like).

I’ve been doing a lot of walking, calisthenics and climbing recently, and my calves, mid-back and shoulders were extremely tight. Josh quickly identified the problem areas and worked through them thoroughly while keeping the pressure at a good level throughout. The session was intense in a good way and I left feeling noticeably looser and more balanced physically. He also gave useful feedback on where tension is building up and what to focus on going forwards. Professional, knowledgeable and attentive — highly recommended if you carry a lot of muscular tension or train regularly.
