Very calming space and made me able to relax for once and settle down in my body after some tense few days! thank you! you are able to hear the cars and trains outside a bit but I was able to block it out. thought I'd share for anyone who is sensitive to those noises. lovely music playing in the background very zen:)

ver todas as avaliaçõesI did open gym which was well setup for my workout with rowing ergs, ski ergs, balls, weights and barbells. Only thing was no treadmills so was running on the street but was a fab gym I’ll be back!
