She explained and showed us all the poses in front of the class, then walked around to help us out or give tiny adjustments where needed. The class was tough, but the jokes here and there got me through. I feel very safe during her classes and can definitely recommend her as a teacher! Coming back for sure. Thank you Sabrina. 🙏

Nu gaat het over de verschillende chakra’s. Wat een fijn extra is de klankschaal die John gebruikt tijdens de practice. ver todas as avaliaçõesI loved this teacher’s personality, such a fun and uplifting man! Loved the Indian-style surprise dance sesh at the end of class. Only bit of feedback is that his direction was a bit fast, so when he counted the breathing it didn’t feel like a flow but more a superspeed breath, it also made it hard to flow into each pose. I also wasn’t super into the Justin Bieber soundscape for the warrior poses, but that’s subjective! Overall it was a really fun class and I’d definitely come back! Thank you!

And the idea of reading mantra with the musical instrument is so unique and thoughtful- it really gives the nice touch to practice. This is a definitely a 5star place to me in terms of how my body and soul feels after. Though the design of the studio is less fancy than lots of yoga studios, trust me, you will forget about it once the class is finished. I would encourage everyone to join the class and contribute to such meaningful studio! This is a bless for your body and soul!

The best part was he went around the room and adjusted everyone’s form and also tried to engage and enhance flexibility. The studio is super clean and love the space and the best part is they provide mats which I think is very convenient.

People talk loudly on their phones, and with each other before and after class. Also there is a sign that you are welcome to have some tea before class but there was no tea left before our class. So during relaxation you get cars parking on your face and all the lights. It's hard to relax. Also the teachers of next classes are not mindful and make a lot of noise.
