And that i actually understand the pose, not just copy the movement. She's not the stressful type, but she still pushes me to keep improving in a gentle way. Despite being the only actual first-timer (I DMed them on instagram asking if it’s ok l, which Lvl1 technically is not a first-timer class lolll, but they said yes as the class didn’t have too many ppl), I was well cared of and learnt half of their flow routine— the basic mounting, spinning, sitting, etc. Great experience!
