Even though I don’t go super often, she always creates an environment that feels welcoming and easy to jump back into. Her barre class flowed seamlessly from start to finish, and you can tell she’s very intentional with how everything is structured. She does an amazing job reading the room and offering thoughtful variations and modifications, so everyone feels supported while still being challenged. Great music, a tough (but rewarding) workout, and such positive energy every time. Highly recommend taking any of her classes!

Playlist was a vibe, and she made sure to give us affirmations and substitutions so we could do the poses with our level of comfort.
