see all reviewsI took the 6:30am—I’m post partum, and without even telling Jen that I recently had a baby she made me feel comfortable going at my own speed while still getting a lot from the class. She hits a neat balance between being gentle and empowering you to listen to your unique instincts with challenging you to push to perform your best. I stopped and modified a bunch of exercises and never felt judged or watched, but I did feel encouraged and motivated. She even calls out when students modify an exercise in a unique way, which I haven’t seen before.
