The studio is easy to get to and there was plenty of parking directly around the building. As for the class itself, it is definitely challenging but very accessible for most people. I went into the class already super sore from a workout the day prior AND I’m an absolute beginner at barre, and I still feel like I was able to keep up! Modifications were extremely helpful and they were offered without judgment.
