I loved every minute of it. I only wish I had discovered it sooner! I’ll definitely be back on Wednesday to take another class with Courtney.

Granted I probably should’ve started with some starter classes prior to this one but she did not let me feel like i didn’t belong just encouraged me and modified for me as well. I will be back tomorrow ! But for the starter class this time!

The class is definitely super challenging but she was easy to follow and was extra attentive to me and would help make sure I had the right tension on. I’ll probably be shaking and quaking for days but so glad I got to try out solidcore for the first time!
