Sambo Class
ver todas as avaliaçõesIt was my first time trying Sambo and I really enjoyed the experience! Coach Jerry was great at teaching and guiding us through the techniques, and I really appreciated how he made sure beginners could follow along. The class was beginner-friendly, even with some more experienced members around. They were all so friendly and supportive, and would even help spot us and make sure we could properly execute what Coach Jerry was teaching. It was also my first time trying sparring, which was definitely tiring but so much fun! 😂 I was exhausted after, but in a good way. Definitely a fun experience. 🤼🏻♀️🩷
