The training was challenging but fun, and I felt comfortable even as a beginner. The gym had a great atmosphere and the facilities were clean and well organized. I really enjoyed the class and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI had the best time at my class today. It was my first time trying Muay Thai and I see myself implementing it into my everyday routine. There was a lot of instruction that made me feel confident and there was a lot of one on one time despite it being a group class. It was a very encouraging environment and I recommend everyone check it out, even if you are a beginner. I would warn that there is quite a bit of conditioning which I personally enjoyed, but be aware.
