I am suggesting that she reminds students to use their quiet indoor voices at the end of class, as some people choose to stay in chavasana for a few more minutes. (I unfortunately left feeling a bit violated by 2 students talking about their plans for the day incredibly loudly 20 inches from my ear while I was still recovering. It was incredibly disrespectful, and I couldn’t believe they were that oblivious.)

Would def take more classes with her 🩷 also love the temp of the heated classes at this studio - hot enough without feeling like I’m going to die lol

I typically practice hot yoga that is focused a lot of athleticism and it was lovely to practice today in a way that felt more connected to the truth of asana. The teacher was knowledgeable and provided good verbal cues and adjustments as well as hands on. Will definitely return when I'm in town again.

I really appreciated her hands on adjustments and how attentive she was throughout class. She was great at cueing different movements, encouraging people to challenge themselves but also creating a safe space for them to take things at their own pace. I found her demoing the positions and how to mount the reformer for certain positions super helpful! Would definitely recommend her class and take it again.

She created such a friendly and positive environment, which made the whole experience even better. It was my first class and she really helped me through the movements making sure I did everything right which was awesome.

ver todas as avaliaçõesOpen gym was great! It was right after a hammock class so all hammocks were up which made it easy to hop into my own training since that’s what I wanted to work on. I assume if you wanted to use a different apparatus, it would be accommodated. Next time I’ll bring my headphones so I can listen to my own music (music in the studio was very zen spa type for this open gym session). I highly recommend open gym time! It was so fun!

I’ve been trying to get into reformer Pilates but found there wasn’t really a balance of stretching and strength that I needed after 6 different studios so I pivoted to aerial silks and boy am I glad! Perfect mixed level class where modifications & challenges were given as options. Instructions were clear, timing/reps were reasonable, and I didn’t need ear plugs for the music here. Can’t wait to try another class with Krystal!
