My only problem is are the clients are extremely annoying because if there’s all this vacant space in the class, they will come and squish up next to you every time and I’m not sure if that’s a rule that I haven’t been informed of here, but I don’t know why people bunch up like that here when there’s so much room it’s like they wanna overlap mats. It’s kind of weird, but that has nothing to do with the instructor.

I love that the instructor gives room for rest. “Rally rally rally, and rest, then rally rally rally, and rest.” I also felt inspired to TRY the poses I always felt a little afraid to try (because a lot of yoga instructors don’t like to even bring them up - which is fair- every practice is different) but today when I tried a new thing i was SO surprised I was capable of it and I think it was simply because I’ve never been guided to try so before! The experience was surprising, in a good way, and calming at various times throughout the evening. I still feel the effects of the breath work hours after the class. The Breathwork made me aware of the existing kindness around me in the community and reminded me ti also berate and return the kindness.

My only word of caution is if you like to sweat and you're not a person that likes fans blowing on you while you work out, make sure you don't stand anywhere near the fans. There are so many fans and if I get there late I'm stuck and then I don't sweat at all. But if you're a person who doesn't like to sweat, then you are golden!

He welcomed me and showed me all the equipment they had and what to choose for each class type that Yoga Six offered. It was really helpful! Fresca was working the front desk when I arrived and she was so welcoming and friendly. The studio is super clean and I LOVED the floor in the yoga room. It felt non-slip and a nice cushion to it. The lavender towel at the end was a really nice touch. This studio fills up quick on class pass so I’m glad I was finally able to get in a class last minute! I’ll be back for sure.

She gives lots of modifiers so that it’s good for all levels. I also love that she gives useful hands on assist and keeps the poses and flows to good and traditional. Sometimes I feel like some yoga instructors get “too creative” where the flows are more about looking cool and less about connecting with your body. As such I super love this instructor and class! Highly recommend .
