The class was heated and the music was fun and entertaining. Mario knew what he was doing, he really killed me in a good way. I definitely recommend his classes. He will give you a good work out and you will be drenched in sweat!

I typically practice hot yoga that is focused a lot of athleticism and it was lovely to practice today in a way that felt more connected to the truth of asana. His Hatha yoga style, combined with his teacher training in India, made the experience feel very traditional and grounded. He was incredibly attentive throughout the class, taking the time to observe each person and guide them based on their individual experience level.
