Needless to say the vibes were awesome, also this was a super challenging workout but I felt great afterwards! The cold essential oil scented towel at the end makes it worth it. My only teeny tiny complaint is the overcrowding of people in some classes like Flow, it needs less mats and less people that can get in your space and make the room a lot hotter by the end. Please stop accepting too many people in one class and your patreons will be happier ❤️

My only problem is are the clients are extremely annoying because if there’s all this vacant space in the class, they will come and squish up next to you every time and I’m not sure if that’s a rule that I haven’t been informed of here, but I don’t know why people bunch up like that here when there’s so much room it’s like they wanna overlap mats. It’s kind of weird, but that has nothing to do with the instructor.

The experience was surprising, in a good way, and calming at various times throughout the evening. I still feel the effects of the breath work hours after the class. The Breathwork made me aware of the existing kindness around me in the community and reminded me ti also berate and return the kindness.

The flow was gentle yet challenging and Jenessia always offered modifications and was encouraging throughout. I loved the entire sound bath portion which was done with the main lights off leaving only the flickering of candlelight. The studio and staff have a lovely, welcoming energy. The studio was mostly full, but I did have an open space next to me. Parking is a little challenging, so I recommend leaving enough time to park and settle in comfortably. I would absolutely take it again.

However , there was A LOT of people in this class which I personally did not like but there was still plenty of room and I understand that it was probably because of the time of day(7:30pm) and the location of this studio. As for the class itself it’s very beginner friendly and perfect if you want to incorporate some low impact movement into your day to just relax and unwind.

They have large rooms with high ceilings! The space is so comfy and calming. I’ve been to a few classes with different instructors and everyone’s been amazing but Kelsi is definitely my favorite! She guides the class so well and she’s very attentive. Happy to have found my place!😌

Mary created such a calm and peaceful environment. The room is not hot, but it is warm, which felt nice. I really want to try this class again, but ClassPass won’t allow me to book at the studio anymore unless I upgrade.

She gives lots of modifiers so that it’s good for all levels. I also love that she gives useful hands on assist and keeps the poses and flows to good and traditional. Sometimes I feel like some yoga instructors get “too creative” where the flows are more about looking cool and less about connecting with your body. As such I super love this instructor and class! Highly recommend .
