Good place for beginners and those looking for a studio that isn’t intimidating. They focus on numbers and less on choreography/speed but generally strike a good balance of both. The numbers shown in class are a good motivator to push harder!

Other instructors attempt for you to do push ups or plank while the baby is in the carrier- these moves are fine solo but not while baby is in carrier.

Her classes are pretty intense, she really makes us WORK but I love it. Highly recommend taking her class if you're looking for an upbeat, high energy challenge!

This class is definitely a push and it moves fast but as a newbie to weightlifting I was able to follow along. The gym had a nice facility too.
