The instructor (Amanda) dropped us right into child’s pose and the cadence was swift but effective. Excellent cueing that had me dialed into the dialogue and pushing myself to challenge my alignment. Will definitely be back!

I enjoyed the practice, as it was the perfect pace for Saturday morning. It was challenging yet accessible with prop usage. 60 minutes went by quick! I recommend this class for everyone, whether they’re first timers or advanced yogis.
