Jadi, tinggal bawa diri, botol minum, baju ganti, dan handuk jika diperlukan. Karena smuanya udah tersedia! Di sini juga ada smoothies sm minuman lainnya. His hands on adjustments also helped a lot with my alignment. It felt much more traditional and disciplined compared to the studio yoga classes I’m usually used to, which honestly made the whole experience feel really humbling. Probably not beginner-friendly, but overall such a refreshing experience. Would definitely come back for more classes!
