Satu kelas maksimal cuma 6 org jd gurunya bs fokus, ruangannya agak sempit but still ok. Terang, bersih, semua alat (block, strap, phone holder, bahkan knee pad) udah di sediain semua. Another plus point, dibawah studio ada cafe yg ceremonial matchanya enaaak! Definitely will be a regular here

His hands on adjustments also helped a lot with my alignment. It felt much more traditional and disciplined compared to the studio yoga classes I’m usually used to, which honestly made the whole experience feel really humbling. Probably not beginner-friendly, but overall such a refreshing experience. Would definitely come back for more classes!
