ver todas as avaliaçõesI've never sweat this much in my entire life, really. Class was beginner friendly, the teacher was really helpful. Bathrooms are quite clean and there are several showers, a working hair dryer, but no towels. You also need to bring your own mat (and other than your personal small towel, a towel the size of your mat to protect it from sweat, ideally). My only feedback would be the lack of water dispenser that I so desperately need after 1,5hrs of burning.

I had to leave the class maybe 3x because I couldn't stand the heat, but the class was really transformative. My skin was really good after all that sweating and heat. Toned up my muscles too. Recommended.
