ver todas as avaliaçõesWhile I have done a lot yoga in the past, I’ve found the Fundamentals course here extremely helpful and educational in understanding basic flaws in my practice. The instruction is highly detailed and explanatory in its nature, down to the very muscles targeted in each pose. Individual feedback is provided. What I’ve learned is I’ve been practicing wrong a very long time! I’m planning to continue to take the month long fundamentals course with and eye towards generally improving my strength and effectiveness in my practice

ver todas as avaliaçõesI loved the teacher’s energy. Vee is so helpful with getting students to work the choreography. Also the space is beautifully lit with natural lighting. My favorite part is the end when we get to dance to the song and record ourselves. Highly recommend for those who like to dance.
